7/5-8/22 I went up to Camp Serendipity for four days: Tuesday through Friday.
I arrived shortly after noon, carried my gear up in two trips, unpacked, and then had my lunch and a nap.
I had brought the clean bedding with me, so I made the big bed in the bedroom. Then I practiced the piano. The weather was cool and rainy.
On Wednesday I practiced the piano and then listened to the radio. Then I made up the loft bed. After lunch and a nap, I made up a cot in the living room. I tried replacing a few burned out light bulbs but I discovered I didn't have the right replacements. It rained during the afternoon so I practiced the piano.
On Thursday my energy was low again. I practiced the piano and listened to the radio for a while. Then I went outside and checked the trees. They were all doing OK but all of the foliage was soaking wet. After having my lunch and a nap, I spent the rest of the afternoon reading.
On Friday morning I was tired again, but I did my exercises anyway. I went outside and hoisted the flag, and after I came back in, I had a special treat. I just happened to see a deer out the kitchen window and the deer stayed around long enough for me to get some nice video shots. Then I practiced the piano and called Earl letting him know about my plans for next week. I left for home at 1:00 o'clock hoping my energy level will be higher next week.
